The Challenge requires a realistic time commitment that fits into most schedules:

Training: Roughly 2 hours. Workouts range anywhere from 15-45 minutes x 3-5 workouts per week - depending on goals, lifestyle, and rate of results.

Nutrition: 10 minutes per day to plan your food intake. Once you get in the groove, this becomes even faster and more automatic.

Total time investment: 3-4 hours per week (less than 30 minutes per day) to transform your body and build lifelong habits.

Most people waste more time than that scrolling social media or watching TV.

The difference? This time investment actually changes your life.

If you can't commit to less than an hour a day for your health and the body you want, then you're probably not ready for real results yet.

"Do I need a gym, or can I do this at home?"
